INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


As Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we are committed to ensuring the utmost care in protecting and securing your personal data. In this regard, we aim to provide transparent information as a Data Controller about the methods of collecting, purposes for processing, legal grounds for processing, and your rights regarding the processing of your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and other related legal regulations.

Method and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal and/or sensitive personal data is collected by Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. through application forms, written or electronic channels. This data is processed for the planning and execution of human resources policies and processes, placement of suitable candidates for open positions, handling job applications, execution of employment contracts, managing candidate and intern processes, planning and execution of recruitment activities, ensuring occupational health and safety, organizing trainings, events, and seminars, providing health, medical diagnosis, care, and treatment services to employees, interns, and candidates under relevant regulations, planning and executing corporate communication activities, determining employee rights and benefits, assessing candidate and employee competencies, and performing necessary operational activities. The data is processed within the scope of the conditions and purposes for processing personal data set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Parties to Whom Data Is Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the purposes stated in this Information Notice and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to relevant institutions under applicable legislation such as SGK (Social Security Institution) and İŞ-KUR (Employment Agency), occupational safety experts, workplace physicians, building management, trainers, domestic and/or international group companies, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions, and private individuals as needed.

Personal Data Processed

Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. processes certain personal and sensitive personal data as stated above, which may include, but is not limited to:

Identity Information: Full name, Turkish Identification Number, photograph, date and place of birth, marital status.
Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address.
Education Information: School name, department, graduation date, grade point average.
License Information: License type, license number, issuing institution, issue date.
Professional Experience Information: Employment location, position, position changes, responsibilities, length of service, career designation, promotion date.
Job-related Training and Development Plans: Completed trainings, etc.
Foreign Language Proficiency: Language type, test name, test date, level or score, validity date.
Military Service Information
Sensitive Personal Data

Sensitive personal data includes information on race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect, or other beliefs, dress and appearance, association, foundation, or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data. Should such information be present on your resume, it will be treated with the highest degree of protection by Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and processed only when allowed by law.

You are not obliged to share sensitive personal data; you may choose not to answer such questions or refrain from including this information on your resume. However, by sharing sensitive personal data with Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş., you are giving explicit consent to the processing of this data for evaluating the suitability for the position, conducting recruitment processes, making necessary notifications under legal regulations, and providing workplace health and safety services. It may also be transferred to legally authorized individuals or institutions if necessary.

Information Regarding Third Parties

Any personal data of third parties, such as family members or references, included on your resume, is subject to your responsibility in terms of fulfilling the obligations of information disclosure and obtaining explicit consent as required by law. Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. will only use this information for the reasons stated in this notice and will retain it in compliance with confidentiality principles.

Collection Method and Legal Grounds

Your personal data may be collected by Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. through written, verbal, or electronic means, either automatically or non-automatically, for the purposes stated in this Information Notice. It is processed and transferred within the scope of the conditions and purposes for processing personal data stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes specified in this Information Notice.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. will destroy personal data of candidates who were not employed 6 months after the recruitment evaluation is concluded, using deletion and/or destruction and/or anonymization methods as deemed appropriate.

Measures and Commitments Regarding Data Security

Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. undertakes to take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an adequate level of security to prevent unlawful processing, prevent unlawful access, and protect personal data. Necessary audits will also be conducted to ensure compliance.

Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. will not disclose personal data obtained in violation of the applicable legal regulations and will not use it for purposes other than processing.

Rights Under the Law and Related Regulations

Under Article 11 of the Law, the data subject has the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data has been processed,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it has been used in line with its purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed and to request notification of this correction to third parties to whom personal data was transferred,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing cease to exist, even if it has been processed in compliance with the Law and other related laws, and to request notification of such deletion or destruction to third parties to whom personal data was transferred,
  • Object to the occurrence of any unfavorable outcome resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
  • The requests related to the above rights may be submitted in writing to Tozkoparan Mah. Haldun Taner Sok. Alparslan İş Merkezi No:27 B Blok Güngören/İstanbul or via email to omnibio@omnibio.com.tr. Such requests will be evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) days.

Requests should include the name, surname, signature (if written), ID number (or passport number if foreign), residence or business address, email, phone number, and fax number if available, and the request details. If a written response is to be provided, there will be no charge for the first ten pages; Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. reserves the right to charge based on the applicable fee schedule for responses exceeding ten pages. If a response is to be provided on a CD, flash drive, or other recording media, Omnibio İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. may request the cost of the recording medium from the data subject.
